ANDERSON, SC [3/25/2025] – Denver Downs Farm, a century-old 200-acre farm in Anderson, SC, will be hosting Easter Fest and Spring Farm Fun Days through the first three weekends in April. The festival includes enormous Easter Egg hunts, barnyard activities, interactions with baby animals, and family-friendly entertainment.
Easter Fest & Spring Farm Fun Days are below (Saturday hours are 10 am – 3 pm and Sunday hours are 1-5 pm):
- April 5-6
- April 12-13
- April 18-20 (including Good Friday)
Egg Hunts are divided by age and happen Saturdays at 10:30 am, 11:30 am, and 12:30 pm; and on Sundays at 1:30, 2:30 and 3:30pm. Egg hunts are included with admission. An egg hunt for families with special needs will take place on Saturday, April 12 at 9 am. The Candy Cannon will also be shot off after each egg hunt.
“We are excited to welcome back families who make this Easter egg hunt their annual tradition and can’t wait to show newcomers our farm and all that we offer their families as they make memories together,” said Catherine Garrison Davis, co-owner and special events planner at Denver Downs.
Church groups, homeschoolers, friends, and families are welcome to spend the whole day at Denver Downs visiting the farm, enjoying baby chicks, bunny rabbits, goats, calves, the miniature horses and other animal friends. Guests will enjoy the Mega Mountain Slide, along with the jumping pillow, ziplines, Little Farmer’s Corral, cow train, giant “bouncy eggs”, gem mining (extra cost) and paintball gallery (extra cost). There will be opportunities to plant a flower, face painting, and Easter bunny photo ops.
“Easter is a special holiday and we want to add to this happy spring season with a fun event that friends and families can get outside and play together!” said Catherine. “Denver Downs is a perfect place to spend a day and get lots of energy out!”
Tickets are $15.95/children and adults in advance and can be purchased online. A special hot dog lunch and Easter “cookie decorating station” combo will be available for $10 online.
